Humans vs. Chimps - Who Has the Bigger Brain?
Funded Jun 14, 2024I hope this message finds you well. On behalf of my entire class, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of our initiative to enhance the learning experience of my students through the exploration of human evolution using prehistoric skull models.
Your contribution was instrumental in acquiring these invaluable educational tools. The prehistoric skull models enabled my students to engage in hands-on learning, allowed them to closely examine and understand the physical characteristics that have evolved in Homo sapiens over time. This experience not only enriched their scientific knowledge but also instilled a deeper appreciation for the remarkable history of our species.
Thanks to your generosity, my students had the opportunity to study and compare different hominid species which promoted curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for learning. Your support played a crucial role in creating a dynamic learning environment that encouraged exploration and understanding of the world around them.
Once again, thank you for your support. We look forward to sharing the successes of this project with you and hope to keep you updated on our progress.
Warmest regards,”
With gratitude,
Ms. Norton

Funded Aug 15, 2023Thank you so much for your generous donations. My students have really loved being able to see their projects they have designed being able to be printed and shared with their peers. They have created flyers and infographics that have been used to spread awareness for environmental science issues that we are learning about. They have taken a vested interest in creating the most beautiful and vibrant projects in order to demonstrate the importance of some of these issues.
Students have also used these materials to create eye catching Biome profiles that have been used for them to teach each other about all of the different ecosystems around the world. The ability to print and have these projects in hand have made learning about this interactive and tangible.
We appreciate your donations so much! I have no doubt that these students will continue to create amazing projects with the help of your donations.”

Funded Jan 24, 2023Thank you for your generous donations. Because of your gracious help in funding this project my students are able to see their learning in color. No more basic black-and-white notes, muddy lines on graphs and tables, hard to see pictures in this AP Environmental Science class! We are now able to see vivid images, analyze clean, crisp graphs, and design eye-catching projects.
With the help of our new color printer, students have been able to create colorful, educational posters in order to demonstrate their mastery of a topic. This has been a great alternative to testing in order to assess their understanding. Students have also taken advantage of the color printer by creating lessons, graphics, and other posters that are used to teach each other, which is a hallmark of true understanding. I have been able to supply students with colorful graphics which make the graphs, data tables and charts much easier to analyze.
Our AP test preparation was significantly improved with the ability to use color in the study materials. Your donations were such a blessing to my students. We appreciate it so much! Thank you again for funding our project!”
