Daily my students are given a large amount of time to pick and choose where they would like to play during center time. This gives them the opportunity to determine their own interests, creating more independence. This also allows the children more natural socialization opportunities that are not teacher directed, just supported. During this play time, the students are encouraged to solve their social problems, follow the rules and expectations, and use their newfound words! This car table will get the kids so excited, that they won’t be able to STOP talking! That is exactly the expectation is my preschool program. My students will enjoy this table for many many years to come! This car table will be transformed for each thematic unit such as dinosaurs, farm, transportation, etc. Thank you for your support of my special needs babies!
