These Flex-Space Balance Ball Seats will be available for all children in my class to use at their individual desks throughout the school day. Supporting children's mental health and wellness while providing them with safe opportunities to move their bodies while still engaging in class. Also, it will allow them to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand, while increasing oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow and core strength. An ambitious study of 153 classrooms in the United Kingdom provides the best evidence that flexible spaces can boost academic performance.
