By funding this project, you are giving my students an incentive to become avid readers in sixth grade. As a sixth-grade teacher, I am trying to motivate my sixth-grade students to break the million-word record, but it has not been easy. Therefore, an incentive that I would like to give my students is an Amazon gift card. There would be different categories; the top reader would get the grand prize at the end of the 2021-22 school year. Currently, my students are motivated to earn the major prize, but of course, I would also love to give the rest of my students a small gift based on their hard work.
