We do a lot of hands-on work during our math stations. The use of a whiteboard table in our classroom will help students be able to explore their math thinking, while providing the opportunity to learn and grow from mistakes. If you don't know what the word perseverance means, ask one of my third graders! The use of this whiteboard table will help them gain confidence in their math skills while encouraging collaboration with peers in their groups. Plus, let's be honest...it's always fun to write on the furniture! I want my students to grow up thinking they can do anything...math included!
