My students are in the special education classroom for science and many of them wouldn't be able to actually dissect a "real" frog. We cover a unit on frogs and this would be a great opportunity for my students to get to have that same experience, but with something they feel more comfortable with. By using the "fake" frog each of my students would have their own frog to learn about. This would be a very hands-on experience that they would love, and allow it not to be gross for them.
