My students will be learning about social-emotional learning (SEL). Students have struggled this past year and due to Covid. They have to learn to be with each other again and how to be in a school environment. They will have lessons on mindfulness and yoga in their summer school enrichment program. This class will help them to deal with their emotions with mindfulness techniques and yoga movement with meditation. This program is a kick start to help them on their return for full inclusion at the end of July for the new school year.
