The use of flexible seating has proven to help students focus and therefor learn. All students have different needs. Some need to be able to move, some need to feel pressure, and some need stand. It is my goal to have a place for all of these children in my room that they feel comfortable in. The portable seats will be used for students who prefer to sit on the ground at a floor table. And the bean bags will be used both in our library and as an option for students to sit in and use a clipboard. I think my students are going to be very excited when they see these in our classroom.
