My students will use the journals to help them express their feelings and emotions. My goal is to help them eliminate negative thoughts that could lead to self-doubt and promote positive thinking. They will learn to reflect, brainstorm, and think through situations one entry at a time. The journals that I am asking for will support my students in more ways than one. The journals will help students who are introverts express themselves freely, which will lead to confident learners. The journals will help those who prefer to communicate through writing or drawing verses speaking aloud during classroom discussions. My students will simply be able to focus on social-emotional health which will lead to a healthy mental state.
