• We Need a New Laptop to Facilitate Learning Scaffolds With!

  I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of my students' learning experiences. The new laptop is fantastic! It's easy to navigate from one website to another and has opened up a world of online applications for us. I can now use math apps to help students practice their skills, and I can share articles, documentaries, maps, and much more with the entire class.

  The access to these online resources through our classroom computer is essential for deepening my students' understanding and enhancing their cognitive abilities. My students and I are genuinely excited about the new device, which is transforming our teaching and learning environment in such a positive way.

• Today's Interests, Tomorrow's Careers!

  When I first introduced to my students the scanner and the color printer you donated for them, their excitement was truly inspiring. They were amazed to see their drawings transformed into vibrant, color-printed pages, much like the beautiful graphic books they love. Watching their pencil and colored pencil creations become colorful mini booklets sparked a sense of wonder in them. One student shared, "Ms. Hwang, this is really cool!"

  I encouraged them by saying, "Absolutely! You can become the authors of your own stories with the illustrations you create. Let's work on this throughout the semester!" It fills me with joy to see my students so engaged and enthusiastic about their projects.

  What a delightful surprise for my kids! As you know, food has a magical way of bringing joy to children. To earn their snacks, the students work diligently to complete their reading assignments on time. The atmosphere in the classroom remains joyful and pleasant, making learning even more enjoyable. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for providing these reading snacks, thoughtfully selected with my students in mind. Nothing motivates them to engage in their learning quite like a tasty treat!

• Everything is for Your Reading, Yay!

  My students are absolutely thriving with the gorgeous carpet in our classroom! They take pride in keeping it clean by voluntarily removing their shoes, which demonstrates their appreciation for this special space. The two cushions at the tables are a fantastic addition, providing the support they need during their busy day, and they often rave about how soft and comfortable they are.

  The armchairs for reading have become a beloved spot, especially during their daily 20-minute online reading sessions. They can relax in any position they like, just as they would at home, while staying focused on their books and audiobooks.

  The fancy lamp adds an inviting atmosphere to our reading corner, enhancing the overall experience. Thank you for providing such exceptional reading aids for my students. They truly feel empowered and engaged with these incredible resources, and it's making a significant difference in their reading journey!”
