Having tablets in the classroom will aid in literacy in the classroom. Our students will explore literacy tools to practice reading and writing and increase their vocabulary and comprehension skills. Reading also sparks children's imaginations and helps them learn about the world around them, and each child having a tablet will develop their personal experience through technology. Tablets in the classroom will allow students to understand that reading is fun and is a perfect way to be a better reader. They will explore decoding, blending, and segmenting words while working on many apps in a small setting.
