We Had an "UN-BEE-LIEVABLE" Year!
Funded Apr 17, 2022I humbly thank you for your generous donation. My students will surely be delighted with the beautiful decorations as we set to say good bye to an “un-bee-lievable” school year. This could only be possible because of you! Thank you for your support to my cause. Forever grateful.”

YOU’RE STILL THE ONE - Part 2
Funded Jul 30, 2021Your sponsorship in my project has greatly benefited my students. As I began my first year as a second grade teacher, I was hesitant in creating a project that would fund binders for my students. I have always used binders to maintain organization in all areas I taught as a fourth grade teacher. At first, my second graders struggled in getting used to manipulating a binder that held all their learning resources. After the first week of modeling how to use the binder, I was ready to give up and find something much more convenient for them to use. Fortunately I did not give up on them, because once the second week came around, students had mastered the skill of using and manipulating their binder content.
On the first day of school, both parents and students were surprised to see their color coded binders sitting on their desk. Mind you, these 2nd graders had spent most of their first grade doing virtual instruction, so having students and parents feel comfortable with the use of a binder was a challenge I was willing to take. Fortunately we have been successful.”

Funded May 17, 2021It is with a grateful heart that I give thanks for your support in my project "Oh The Places You Will Go". My classroom students found great pleasure in the classroom items you contributed to. The sling backpacks were fundamental in the learning and growth of each of my 4th graders. Other items were essential in the social and emotional well being of them. During this pandemic students have been isolated from their peers. These items gave them the opportunity to focus on just being kids and enjoy life. As we continue to battle and readjust to the new kind of living, these sponsored items will continue to service my students both in the classroom and outside the classroom. Again, on behalf of my students and myself, thank you.”
