While we are moving towards a paperless, digitized era of education, there is nothing like holding an actual book in your hands. These texts will be wonderful additions for my classroom. I serve a diverse population of students with various learning styles and interests. I would like to give my students in both my AP Language and Composition and Greek Mythology to experience reading a variety of texts that are engaging and relatable. I absolutely love sharing the joy of reading with all of my students, but I am aware that loving to read doesn't coming to some students as easily as others. These texts will be a huge contribution to my slowly growing class library and hopefully will impact students for years to come.
