Students are returning to full day in-person learning. The goal is to help reduce student anxiety and make them feel safe in the classroom so students can relax and focus on learning. As a result of the pandemic, basic classroom supplies are limited and facial tissues are not going to be supplied by the school. Parents are not being asked to provide supplies because of family hardships. There are numerous students with asthma and/or allergies that cause coughing/sneezing as well as a runny nose and frequent nose wiping is required. Students need time to play and stay safe while social distancing. Individual toys for indoors and outdoor playtime will allow students to play and interact while social distancing. Individual tubs containing toys for each student will allow students to play with similar toys.
