• Backpacks for Success!

  I am beyond grateful for the donation of these backpacks! They have helped all our students be able to follow the new school expectation of using clear backpacks for safety. They have also been useful in replacing backpacks that show signs of wear and tear after the winter break.

  Our students and families are so appreciative of this donation and of how much it has helped them when they've needed to replace their child's backpack.

The laminating machine and pouches have made it better for my students to track their behavior and schedules in class. This project has also helped many of my activities and resources last longer and allowed for more students to enjoy them!

• Shelves and Spots!

My students and I have enjoyed expanding our library with this bookcase. They love that it can be designed in many different ways!

  In addition, The Little Spot of Emotions Box Set has been a huge hit with my students, especially the plush spots that help students better identify feelings.

• Buddy Benches

  Funded Apr 27, 2021

  The Buddy Benches have been a great success at Smith Elementary! Our new students feel more welcomed to our campus knowing they can sit in the Buddy Benches when they don't know anyone. Additionally, the other students love inviting those students to come play with them during recess.

  The students were so excited when we received the Buddy Benches! They even got to pick where they were placed in our playground area.

  Our Student Council just started up again this year after summer break and they are so excited and eager to come up with a new project for this school year!
