Can a robot survive in the wilderness? This is the big question students are working to answer during our novel study of The Wild Robot by Peter Brown. This book will tie our science, reading, and writing skills together! Students will analyze the main character, robot Roz, and decide if she is surviving well in the wild. Having individual copies of the book will allow all students, at home and at school, to access the text. Students will engage in discussions and written responses that require text evidence. Making a donation gets a book in the hands of every student, this year and many years to follow!
