Math is a progression from concrete to pictorial to abstract. In elementary school concrete is the foundation for building good number sense and algebraic thinking. The materials listed will be used to help build a good foundation for every child in mathematics. We all learn differently. Imagine a world where every child can connect the patterns of mathematics to help develop critical thinkers and problem solvers. In funding this project you will put math in the hands of every child in an elementary school. It will allow every teacher the same access to develop a child no matter the level. Let's make math engaging through funding my project.
