Providing flexible seating options will benefit my students' ability to be more active, have better focus and more successful memory retention than kids who spend the day sitting still. Active Stations will motive my students to learn in fun way, boost mental health and teach them to be active. Please give the opportunity to have 30-minute bike riding session each day that will improve memory, reasoning and planning. In the era of video games and too much technology, this is an option to have healthy bodies and minds! Thank you for helping us!

About my class
