This poster printer will allow students to display their designs in a professional manner. My graphic design students create many projects throughout the year that involve poster printing. These lessons give them real world experience for designing in the graphic design career. For example, one lesson I teach involves the students designing a poster about courtwarming events and activities to share with the school community and the community at large. The best thing about this project is that all of the students in our district will be able to benefit from the poster printer and the TVs. My broadcasting students will complete a lesson that requires they learn the production skills necessary for creating a monthly broadcast about school events, activities, and other important stories. The TVs will allow more students to view their work and get feedback from their peers on how to improve their news packages.
