Wobble cushions make a difference in my students' learning by allowing students to wiggle their seats without distracting others around them. This item also allows students to be more focused because it allows them some movement from the comfort of their seat. Focusing is a challenge that my students face because their school year has constantly been changing. My students have had a school year like no other because they have been switching between online learning and in-person learning based on the school metrics because of Covid-19. With enough wobble cushions for all my students, there will not be an oppurnity for students to argue about who gets a cushion, so instead all students will have the ability to use one to see how the wobble cushion will benefit their learning. Imagine yourself as a fifth-grade student who has spent most of the school year participating in online learning from home. Thinking about how you were supposed to be in a classroom this whole time engaging with your classmates and learning in the classroom. Then in-person learning starts again, but you are used to doing schooling from home where you could get up from your seat whenever you wanted and have someone make you food when you get hunger. Being back in the classroom presents a different set of challenges for students today then most of us faced when we were in school. With wobble cushions, students will not need to worry about their fidgetiness and can focus on getting the best education possible.
