  • Motivate, Create and Inspire Students!

    Thank you very much for the generous donation of materials to motivate and inspire my classroom community. My goal every year of teaching includes forming meaningful relationships with my students. I try to instill a work ethic that will benefit them throughout their life.

    To achieve these goals, positive reinforcement is necessary. The items that you have graciously donated will go a long way to motivate them. For example, we are currently reviewing literary terms in preparation for testing and we are playing games to remember and practice the vocabulary. The students with the most correct answers will receive a prize. I also love the fidget spinners for my students who have ADHD or feel anxious in school.

  • ELA Success - Daily Journaling for Creativity and Mindfulness

    Funded May 23, 2024

    Thank you so much for your generous donations! We have used the plastic bins, notebooks and headphones every day in our 7th grade ELA classroom. It has contributed to a successful start to this new school year.

    During the day we have 5 different blocks of students using the material. The quality and durability of the donated items has been great. The headphones have been instrumental in helping students focus on their beginning of year interactive diagnostics. The bins are a great organization tool and help the students maintain their materials. The notebooks have been used for journal prompt responses on a daily basis.”
