Thank you so much for helping me reach my "Apple a Day Keeps the Student Engaged" Project. It not only was able to help me have a wonderful virtual school year, I have also been able to create fun and diverse lessons for this school year as well. The first week that I received my new computer my students were over joyed with the various activities that we are able to do without the complications that we experienced before hand. Technology has a huge impact on our students and I appreciate your generosity that has allowed me to incorporate present and relevant learning tools to continue to equip them.”

My students and I have faced many challenges with virtual learning. Technology is the core of our learning experience. Some of the challenges that we have faced are computer overheating, quality of the presentation of video, pictures, and sound. Imagine six years olds looking up at their computer screens and noticing that their teacher is not there because she is having computer issues. By receiving a MacBook I will be able to present my students with the quality, picture, and sound that will allow their virtual learning experience to be successful. In addition, I will not be limited to only what my school-issued laptop can hold.
