My speech kiddos and I would be so excited to receive these new learning materials! This is a great opportunity to add to and update my teaching resources in order to keep my therapy sessions fun and engaging for all! My students with articulation delays will get a big kick out of the huge Dental Teeth Mouth model as they learn important information about where their lips, teeth, and tongue need to be to produce speech sounds. This visual resource will be used for a variety of lessons involving articulation and speech production. I know my kiddos will love the Positional Words Resource Box as they work with the little toys used to learn spatial concepts, practice following directions, and describing. The Early Language Activity Boxes will provide the students with pictures and manipulatives in order to develop skills in comparing sizes, building vocabulary, and sorting and classifying. And for good measure I included some games just for fun to answer the most frequent question I get, "Can we play a game today?" Students of all ages will enjoy playing the Pop Up Pirate game as a reinforcer for working hard and demonstrating good behavior. Little do they know, games are also a great way to practice important social skills needed to interact with peers.
