Virtual reality would be beneficial in teaching practical and theoretical physical education and health concepts to my students. Using the apps, tools and resources for virtual reality physical education, students can learn to identify human anatomy, so they know what muscles are being trained. There are also apps that simulate the feeling of being involved in a team sport. This would be great for decision making and reaction timing. There are also apps that are virtual workouts which students would benefit greatly from. Jump roping is one of the best cardio exercises for the entire body that a student can do. The more active a student is the better their mental health will be.
