As a first year self-contained teacher starting out in these hard COVID-19 times, to say it has been rough is putting it lightly. With struggling with the back and forth of remote and in-person learning, a good lesson plan has been key to keeping my students engaged and in focus. My students have severe learning disabilities, so finding individualized instruction materials can be challenging. Teachers Pay Teachers is a great resource. Cutting time in planning and really being able to deliver fun and engaging activities for my students is truly the key to having a successful year.
