The way teachers deliver and students receive instruction has changed dramatically in the past year. I've been able to set up our class, but doing so with book quarantine bins. Because of the 3 day waiting period for books to return to the selves, the selection gets picked clean fairly quickly (a great problem)! Help me build a more diverse library to peak every child's curiosity of reading! I hope to be able to incorporate some read alouds with these books on my wish list to help tackle some Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) topics. This is crucial because of the social disruption that covid Since converting our classrooms into a hybrid in-person and digital experience, I find that a physical book is still the best way for a child to become a better reader. With additional funds in my Teachers Pay Teachers account, I will be able to provide fun, engaging, and rigorous activities to my students who attend classes in person and virtually (29 in all!).
