I teach wellness at our campus, which consists of teaching and guiding our students to a healthier lifestyle. I plan to make our students return to a normal physical education class as much as possible for this coming school year. I want to make every student aware that we all vary within our fitness levels. I want to teach and have my students explore various exercise and activities that will trigger their interest, but ultimately assist with building their self-confidence, self-reliance, and courage.

About my class
