Drive-thru Honor Roll during Distance Learning

Thank you so much for your donation of treats for our Drive-thru Honor Roll for Quarter 2. The students' eyes lit up when they saw the treats. They were a nice, unexpected addition to the certificate, pencil and Honor Roll bumper sticker.
The students and their parents appeared very appreciative. Staff enjoyed getting to see them in person since March 13, 2020 was our last day of in-person learning.
Our Assistant Principal announced their names like a professional sports player while wearing a fun wig. We had music playing and in the last 5 minutes, the staff danced the Cupid Shuffle. It was a special event for all.”

The treats and Honor Roll certificates will be distributed through the Drive-thru Honor Roll to reward students who have earned Honor Roll eligibility during the 2nd Quarter of the school year. We are hoping that by celebrating their academic achievement, they will be encouraged to continue to log in to classes via Zoom and work hard to earn Honor Roll eligibility for the remainder of the year. Our students could use a little pick-me-up in the midst of all they are persevering through. We want to provide an event that they can look forward to.
