Brain Food!
Funded Sep 30, 2024Thank you so much for your help! It is greatly appreciated. These snacks will make a huge difference in the classroom. Although our school does a wonderful job providing nutritious meals for breakfast and lunch, students will enjoy having something to fill their belly if they find themselves hungry between meals. This will help with concentration and comfort. We appreciate you!”

The Art of Self-Control
Funded May 9, 2024Thank you for your generous donation. You have given my students what they need to be successful. Many students in this particular class suffer from emotional issues and past trauma. It was my goal to provide them with things that would bring comfort and help them become more aware of their emotions. The changes have already begun to happen.
My students have settled nicely into the classroom. I see them demonstrating emotional maturity as they use the tools provided to manage themselves. The overall aura of the room is becoming calmer as the days go on. You have helped to make this possible. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

Funded Feb 8, 2024Your generous donation has taken reading to a whole new level in the classroom. The decodable books purchased with the funds, made it possible for my entire class to be able to read independently. These books are easy to pair with students per their reading level. This allows students more time reading throughout the day. Plus, the books are great with interesting and fun images.
Having books that are accessible for all in the classroom is such a huge deal. Your generosity will not be forgotten. Thank you so much!”

Summer Reading
Funded May 10, 2023Your kind donation helped to achieve the summer reading goal set for my class. I was able to present them with amazing books and tablets at their year end award ceremony. They were so very excited to have these things to continue their reading for the summer. I was also excited to know that they had something that would encourage their love of literacy.
Sometimes it is hard for students to find a love of reading. It is a big job for teachers to help students achieve this. Things that create excitement help to meet this goal. That is what your kind donation provided.
You have impacted the lives of many young individuals for the better. Be proud of your kindness and generosity. Thanks a million times over!”

Funded May 6, 2022Wow! This project changed reading in my classroom forever! This incentive was so amazing and drove students to read more then ever before. I challenged my students to read for an end of the year award, when the winners received their prizes, they were shocked! Now they are able to read at home on a convenient device. Going forward, I will continue to reward top readers with such prizes. There is nothing more beneficial then having students read and therefore, there is no better gift then one that will inspire them to do so. Thank you so much for all you have given my students.”

Funded May 6, 2022This resource has been wonderful for small group learning. Manipulatives are wonderful as they are but when they are magnetized so that I can display them during whole group, understanding is enhanced immensely. Students are also engrossed because they can use them to show their learning. They are convenient and large enough to be seen by all. When I first pulled them out, the students faces were shocked! The first thing they wanted to do was experiment with them which is a wonderful way to learn. I am deeply grateful for the impact you have made in my classroom. Thank you.”

Funded Mar 12, 2022Thank you so much for your donation. This white board has made a HUGE impact on my small group teaching. The amount of learning that takes place has increased because I am able to conveniently store all my learning material beneath the board. It works wonderfully for magnetic manipulatives as well. On the blank side, I am able to easily model math problems. On the other side, I use the lines to demonstrate writing. The uses from this excellent source are endless. All of these things help enhance group learning to its full potential. I am deeply grateful for this. Thank you.”

Funded Dec 13, 2021This has impacted my students so much! They have learned to become excellent problem solvers. They have also learned how to work better as a team since we use these as team challenge projects. Free play/learning has allowed them to learn in a pressure free manner and it has made all the difference with the hardships of schooling that they have recently faced with the effects of COVID. Many who are often shy and withdrawn, open up and participate in these activities allowing them to form relationships. The list of benefits is truly unending. Thank you, kind donors, for all you do!”
