The school year started off completely virtual, so many parents opted only to get the bare necessities. The material I am asking for will help the student engage more effectively in class and foster student to student discourse. The big items I really want for my students are the headphones and the whiteboards because my in person students will be able to communicate with the virtual students during class time. I would be able to pair an in person student with a virtual one so they all feel included. When we are doing a class game, the virtual students can pick a representative to showcase their answer on the whiteboard. These materials will help my students everyday because many of them come to school without paper or pencil. If I can give them what they need, it would take some pressure off of their parents and they would still be successful in school. Please help my students be the best version of themselves!
