Thank you so much for your donations. Our students are so excited for our new arrangmenets and materials.

They were so excited and giggling the entire day! The look on their faces was priceless! As our little learners are exploring they are eager to learn and grow each and every day.

As the year goes on, we will use our materials during centers, read alouds and group time. We will also use them during activities when we cannot go outside due to the weather.

  • Cut It Out With 3K

    Funded Jan 19, 2022

This tool is a great way for me and our teaching assistant to help with art lessons. This tool cuts down our time nearly in half! We no longer have to sit during our preps using scissors to cut every single shape needed for our lessons. We are so appreciative of this because this was a big want in our classroom. This tool is amazing during special holidays/ events. Some of the shapes we have used already are the heart-shaped stencil for valentines day, mothers day etc.

We are also able to make these stencils to put in our art shelf, so students can use them in this center.

    Thank you once again!”

  • Where Have You Bin All My Life!

    Funded May 8, 2022

Thanks so much for helping us with this project. We are so excited to have new bins in our classroom library. As soon as the books arrived in our classroom the class helped me open up our packages and started to sort them out. The clear bins have been a tremendous help for our 3-year-olds because they are able to see the materials in the bins. The clarity of the bins allows our class to know where things are and go back when it is time to clean up.

The bins get moved around when new materials are placed each month. Thanks so much for helping us.”

  • Help 3K get BOOKed!

    Funded Sep 15, 2022

Thanks so much for helping us with this project. We are so excited to have new books in our classroom library. As soon as the books arrived in our classroom the class helped me open up our packages and started to sort them out. Some students shouted "Hey I have this book in my home"

We have more books to add to our curriculum where new topics are introduced each month of the school year. We also received new books for our cozy center which introduce social emotional texts. These books provide our class ways to cope with their emotions throughout the day and are in a basket readily available for them.”

  • 3K Healthy and Hydrated

    Funded Jan 17, 2022

Our students are using this new resource by having cold snacks provided in the classroom! This mini fridge allows families to bring in daily snacks that are needed to be stored in the firdge such as yogurts, apple sauce, fruit salads. Our class was so excited to receive this material. It provided healthy snack options thoughout the school year. Not only this but when wecame up with fun cooking ideas we had the right material to store our food.

This was last a lifetime! Thank you so much once again.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Martinez

These materials will help us keep our instruction engaging and keep our classroom running smoothly! When students have access to materials such as pencils, dry erase markers, and other basic supplies, we are able to keep our basic materials within arms reach at all times. The use of whiteboards is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially in math. Using the workshop model in math, students will have the whiteboards and dry erase markers for guided practice and to record modeled strategies. The whiteboards allow me to see exactly what they are doing, as well as provide an easy place for them to show and share their work. What becomes a problem is a fact that the markers never seem to last, erasers seem to disappear, and the whiteboards slowly become stained from frequent use. When something goes awry, students know that they must leave the rug quietly to get a new marker, new eraser, or the last choice, pencil, and paper.
