My students were so excited to open the boxes filled with art supplies! They could hardly wait to use them!
We have set up an art center that encourages them to use their imaginations. We have painted, cut, glued, and drawn pictures every day. We have made special projects as keepsakes for family members.
My students are so proud to hang their projects in the hallway to share with the other students. Their parents are very proud of their works of art when they take them home.

I have a new incoming class starting just this January 2021. During a pandemic when creativity is so deeply needed I urge you to help stock my classroom with much needed materials. My students will use these materials to express themselves in student led art projects, along with learning how to follow directions when making teacher led craft projects. I will encourage students to make projects that parents and students alike will want to treasure for years to come. Within our schools units we will be making weekly art and craft projects ranging anywhere from seasons and weather, size order, shapes, colors, Dr. Seuss and the list goes on.
