I am a first-year teacher, and I do not have many classroom supplies. I also am the fourth, first-grade teacher at my school. I do not have very many resources for my students and I am trying my best to get them some better resources. This being said, my students learn best with hands-on materials and manipulatives. If this project gets fully funded, my students will have better resources to learn from. My students love drawing. Right now we have one pack of markers. I would love to have more markers so we can draw more and help the pictures to look even more vibrant. The books will help my students learn to read and develop reading skills. The math manipulatives will also enhance their learning experience. This project will help my students be more motivated to learn and enjoy doing it! All materials in this project will help us to have more hands on learning. That is how my students learn best!
