With the challenges in the learning environment brought about by the pandemic, both teachers and students are really overwhelmed with how teaching-learning process can be best delivered and realized. With enthusiasm, hard work and compassion, teachers and students are still positive that quality education is still possible with the aid of technology ready available. Since the beginning of virtual/online class, I have been struggling how I can best deliver my lesson to my students. Mathematics can be best learn when you model how to do it. The explicit way of teaching has always been the most effective strategy that I am using as far as my teaching experience can tell. the "I do, we do, you do" method. And with this strategy, I am having hard time to demonstrate to my students how to do the math. I believe that using ipad/tablet and stylus pen, I would be able to articulately show how to do math for them to better grasp the lesson. I would like to show them the step by step procedure of solving a problem/equation while doing the discussion rather that just showing them the slide where the solution/answer is already there. I want every learning discussion to be engaging and interesting which I strongly believe that using these technology devices can greatly help.
