Thank you so very much for the funding for this project. Having these materials will help me to show students there is more to math than testing anxiety. They will be able to add additional layers of competency and confidence to their skills and see the joy and creativity that math can bring.”

Thank you so much! This will allow me to create many resources for students to understand -and enjoy-math for their 9th grade year. Obtaining these supplies through administrative sources is unwieldy and often impossible with funding restrictions and red tape. Supplies like this often comes out of a teacher's personal pocket and there was no way I could do that for this amount of supplies. I will be making reusable manipulatives and standard specific activities. Thank you!”

Thank you so much for funding this project! We have already started recording with the phase 1 materials and the students are dreaming of what they can create with the next set of materials. The creations that come from these materials will increase the confidence and competence of the students.”

I am overwhelmed at the generosity of the donors for this project. There are soamy students who will be able to take advantage of this gift. I know some students who are already getting excited to start recording. They are just waiting until I tell them we can start putting it together. Thank you!”
We create all kinds of music in class and have many students who create outside of class time but have no way to save it or document it. This will build a recording studio in one of our practice rooms and give them those opportunities. This allows for experiential learning which will follow them long after they leave the classroom. I am hoping to create a place and equipment so that students can practice and refine music-making skills as well as showcasing those abilities for other students to see. I have found a computer we can use and now we just need a few more pieces to make the whole thing complete. Having a microphone will allow us to open it up and get started. Other pieces will be added as we are able, like a beat pad and mixer.
