This year I wanted to expose my students to the world of classic art. We are studying Vincent van Gogh. Every week we discover a new piece of his artwork. We are doing sketches, finger paint, and colored pencils.
The students have embraced this extra class and have expressed that they would love to create with other material than construction paper. The students will be able to create their own artwork or copy one of van Gogh's
The project will be done in the class, and they will take the pictures home.
