The special education students in my classroom are struggling with organization between school learning days and home learning days. These materials will help them have a seamless transition between their hybrid learning days. These materials will be used to to help them transport materials, organize them into subjects, allow me to organize any materials they have missing or owe from being out on mandated absences. The students are 6th graders new to the middle school environment and have special needs. On top of learning how to learn both at school and at home, these students are learning how to change classrooms and have multiple teachers throughout the day. In order to help these students with IEPs, I would like to instill responsible in them at a young age. Staying organized will be the first step to help them succeed in an already difficult year.
