I love my students and I love teaching kindergarten! Helping them foster and develop a love for learning is an incredible feeling and this is why I do it every day. Here comes the not so incredible part, hygiene, or the lack thereof. There have been countless times when I’ve gotten sneezed or coughed on or I’ve seen a student sneeze and/or cough on another student. Kindergarten students are still learning about manners and hygiene and it’s only normal that they forget to cover their mouths. Which would be fine, if it weren’t for COVID. Please consider helping my Kinders during these uncertain times. Students should always have access to a safe classroom. My students need sneeze guards to effectively work and practice social distancing when seated at their tables and during small group instruction. The sneeze guards and air purifier will help provide my students with protection and clean circulated air. I am asking for your help in acquiring sneeze guards and an air purifier so that optimal learning can be provided for my students.
