  • Keeping Our Space Clean!

    My students greatly appreciate the donations. Without you guys all this wouldn't be possible. The students was grateful to be able use the alcohol and Lysol wipes to sanitize all equipment. Due to sweating the students are able to wipe down equipment that they use.

    The first aid kid comes in handy for minor injuries and lacerations. The students are able to treat minor scrapes and bruises with the first aid kit right away. The disposable gloves come in handy when wiping down equipment or when using the first aid kit to prevent cross contamination. We want to thank you as a whole for the generous donations.”

This digital scale will give the students inspiration to work towards their fitness goals every semester. Students will be able to compare their progress from their initial pretest and their post test weigh in. Throughout the weeks of training and exercising students will be able to check their weight in order to monitor their individual weight and or muscle gains. Students will also be able to measure and calculate their body, mass and index (BMI) utilizing the scale and record their height. This digital scale will serve as a resourceful tool for the students at my school as they work towards a healthier fitness lifestyle.

About my class
