    Wow, I was so surprised to have this project funded so quicky and fully. Thank you! I was so excicted when I received the email saying I would be getting the supplies in the mail. It sure was a pleasant Christmas gift for the students. I showed my fellow staff of your generousity and they were so happy. I will be sure to take good care of the items and use them well in helping to take care of the students that I serve.

    Thank you very much for you generous donations. The students have been enjoying the snacks. They look forward to picking from the variety and returning back to class with energy and an eagerness to learn. Some of my students have medical conditions that require a snack from time to time. They are very grateful to have access to a snack, so they can get through their day.

    Thank you so much for the generous food donations. The students at the school greatly appreciate your thoughts & donations. They are able to get a snack as needed to give them the needed energy to keep putting their best efforts toward their school work.

    I would not be as easily able to meet this need without your donations. I enjoy being able to offer a choice of a snack to each student. Their eyes light up at the variety they have to pick from. Additionally it is nice to be able to offer mints for stomach aches, since this seems to help. With theses donations, more students are finishing out their day instead of going home early. That is a true win for their future.”

  • Need Nurse Supplies

    Thank you for funding my "needs project", my students now have some of their basic health care needs met while they are in school. I now have snacks for the occasional hungry student, chap stick for dry lips, the ability to check a student's blood sugar with a glucometer, when they may have forgotten theirs at home, a nice new pediatric blood pressure cuff for my smaller students who need their blood pressure checks, and a portable wall measuring ruler, so I can check heights in restricted building spaces. All of these wonder items have made our quality of life better, and the students are able to focus on their learning. Thank you for your generosity!”

  • Identifying Hearing Deficits

    Funded May 7, 2021

    Thank you for purchasing an audiometer for myself to use as a school nurse with my middle school students and the students I serve in the two private schools I provide health services to. The one I had was much older and some of the hearing tones would not consistently work in order to be able to more easily identify a hearing loss. Now I can measure their hearing levels and more easily identify a hearing loss. Identifying a hearing loss is very similar to identifying a student who needs glasses. Simply giving them the adaptive device to help them hear, will increase their ability to learn, and thus help them reach their academic goals. This gift will help many students for years to come. Thank you so much for making a huge difference in the lives of my students.”
