Thanks so much for your generosity. These music and arts materials will help boost our children's individual creativity. We will be using these materials inside as well as outdoors to double their experiences. These materials will be used to foster not only creating but social emotional development as well.”

Our toddlers are really enjoying the new emotions materials. The couch, puzzle, and all the fun toys with different emotions on them are such a huge hit. We new have a much cozier area to problem solve and calm down when big emotions come. We are doing a lots for problem solving as we work through sharing the new toys. They are even matching the colored squishy faces to the sensory bottles. As well as naming shapes and matching when they use the puzzle. The children are now naming emotions and asking which one is this. Thanks so much for all you do to make teaching young minds a bit easier. I greatly appreciate all the new resources.”

We are so grateful for the fine motor manipulatives. Being able to rotate materials and give children something new always warms my heart. Our children have been busy using their hands to point, stack, and grasp the materials. In addition, we have been able to use the magnets and soft blocks for conversation starters. They have been so interested in naming the animals and have even began to notice the letters. Our early head start classroom will be enjoying these manipulatives for years to come. Once again thanks so much for your generous donation.”

Thank you so much for your generosity. These materials have already been in use and will be used for many years to come.
The binoculars have been the favorite material. Since we have a class set of six were able to share them go on bear hunts with peers use language to describe and name objects they see. With the binoculars they play peekaboo and name their peers that they see. The possibilities have been endless with the binoculars.
we've been enjoyed dressing up and using the hard hats during socialization times and pretend. We've enjoyed reading the books about social emotional issues and surprisingly one of the books is more like a resource for how to calm down and different strategies. This material will be a book that will be sharing ideas with the families as well as using the classroom.”

The children have been enjoying tossing, kicking, bouncing, and catching balls. The peer interaction provided by the balls as been awesome to see. The riding toys are being used to aid mobile infants and toddlers with balancing skills and using their legs to push the toy along. Older children are practicing pedalling and maneuvering around obstacles.
Language skills are also promoted as children wav and say bye-bye to their peers. Another favorite activity is singing songs about riding to town and wheels on the car songs.”

We were so blessed with the books. The children were all smiles when they noticed the new books on the shelf. Our children have been enjoying looking at the new and different books.
Two popular books have emerged. All the kids enjoy the counting book with fruit as well as the emotions books with a mirror at he back have become our favorites. We have books for all ages.
From baby face books for infants to all about sharing and social/emotional for our two and three year olds. We have several of the books displayed at our calm down / safe place as we talk about our big emotions.”

We have been using the scissors for practicing fine motor skills. The children have now begun making snips at the paper and learning how to properly hold scissors. All the children have been enjoying the dry erase boards. This has allowed each child to be creative and then wipe it away and start again. I love that these boards are double sided! We have used the Pom Pom in many different ways. Filling up containers and dumping them out to sorting them by color are only a few ways we have been enjoying the pom-poms. Thank you so much for these supplies that have lead to more creativity!”

Our infants have really been enjoying the new seats. Our other toddlers have also been checking out the bigger seat. It's been fun for all of the little ones to sit in while looking at books. It's been serving the main purpose of helping our infants sit up safely. We have meal times using the seats as well. With the materials used to make the seat it is very easy to clean and portable to easily move around the room. As our infants are now sitting up after weeks using the seats we have past them on to new infants in another classroom in our center.
Thanks for your generosity and making this project a reality.”
