I am asking for this opportunity to share with my children's great way to count. Math is not just counting, but reading numbers. This can give literacy a whole new meaning to math. My kids and parents can get a chance to explore the math world by having fun together. Our school is a family, that makes things possible even when it seems like it's not. Our center services families that are less fortunate, so my project being funded will create a meaningful and memorable experience for our children and families in the community.
