• Basic Supplies!

  Receiving packages filled with basic school supplies has been so advantageous to my students. My students were so excited to learn that we received donations to help fill the holes in our classroom budget.

  I was able to create diversified roles and expectations for student jobs that could be used over and over again by laminating the papers. This will allow for successful collaboration amongst students for this class year and beyond. The birthday pencils have been a huge hit amongst my students on their special day too.”

• Back to School Ink

  Countless documents have been printed with your donations to this project. This has helped my class immensely. When we have access to on demand printing a special education class runs much more smoothly. I am able to differentiate materials as needed for everyone. Even with the most detailed planning, needs change by the moment.

  My students are always excited to get their learning packets in color to help them study easier. Difficult concepts are easier to understand when the material can be color coded. My students also love my ability to create arts and crafts projects for them to decorate the classroom door in color.”

• 4th Grade Reading!

  Having an entire class set of books has been monumental to my students. My students see themselves in the characters, are able to better understand the elements of plot, and are able to annotate in their own personal book for the first time. Some are reading their very own novel for the first time too!

  In my classroom students love to read out loud even with varying reading levels. We have a community of scholars who respect one another, which has created a warm environment for literacy at each level.

• Ink-tastic Donation!

  Thank you so much for your contribution to my classroom. Your donations have been incredibly helpful to both me and my students. Having access to ink for our classroom printer allows us to adapt to changes quickly! We do not have unlimited access to color ink in our school. Therefore, having my own ink in my classroom has had an immeasurable impact on our daily lives.

  My students have had fun being able to print from their devices to the printer. It has been a great motivator for them to finish their writing pieces and publish them with pride!

  One of my students who has trouble writing has really warmed up to being able to print out their class notes that they take by typing. This has been a huge confidence boost!”

  Ink is the most important tool I use everyday. It allows me to differentiate my lessons for my students who all have special needs. It helps my students stay motivated throughout the day, and it also gets them excited as I can print beautiful materials to decorate the classroom with as the seasons change.

  My students became way more engaged in their lessons when the materials they use are in color and when they have them in front of them.

  My students have been able to access the curriculum more easily because I can color code and include pictorials that help my students grasp and retain information.”

• Cut, Laminate, Decorate

  My classroom paraprofessionals and I use the materials from your donation every single week. Because we are able to create materials that are durable my students are able to learn how to keep track of their belongings and materials such as personal anchor charts and personal checklists.

  My students were so excited to be able to get their own materials laminated and in color. They use an emotion chart everyday to describe how they are feeling and without the lamination they would not have developed this routine so easily.

  I can't wait to continue laminating their vocabulary cards to help them progress.”

• Inspiring Healthy Littles

  My students loved reading these books during our SEL periods. They learned so much from the emotion dots. They were able to articulate their feelings and make a mind body connection through the example set by the main characters in the book.

  Reading in our classroom looks like whole group read alouds and quiet independent reading time in our SEL corner.

  One of my students especially enjoyed the series, and she asked if we could get stuffed animals that look like the main character. She really took to the concepts and the character.”

• Writing Rules

  My students have been writing up a storm with the materials your donations funded. They have written personal narratives and descriptive essays thus far, and they are currently researching countries for a social studies project.

  My students were ecstatic to use the booklets to create stories about their summer vacations when school began too. It really helped them get comfortable being back in school and being in my class.

  We will be using the color paper, the pencils, the pencil grips all throughout the year to advance our literacy skills.”

• Reading Is Fun!

  Wow, these texts and resources have been so, so, so helpful! My students are able to decode way better than they were beforehand. I am able to complete small group work more easily than ever before with these materials.

  My students love to practice specific word patterns with them. Then after they have gained some mastery we read books that have many of those same patterns. Students develop their confidence in this way.

  My students could not get over how amusing the books were. They really enjoyed reading them and talking about them with me and with other students. You have really helped me create a love of reading in my classroom!”
