A tablet center will engage these unique needs students. They have trouble focusing on any task that isn't hands on. The tablets will provide them with a way to learn through engagement. I will use educational websites, like abcmouse, boomlearning, and starfall, that target their goals and needs for reading and math skills. I will also use the tablets for an incentive to finish non-preferred activities. These kids are in a special self-contained classroom and need all the support and love I can give them. These tablets would greatly improve their academic skills and support their special needs in the classroom.
