Strong Start!
Funded Aug 15, 2022Thank you so much for your generosity. My class of 24 third graders have been using the materials you helped us receive since day one. Thanks to you my students have been able to kick off the first couple of months strong and organized. They have used the crayons to create "All About Me" posters so they can share with the class a little about themselves. They have used the notebooks to begin writing personal narratives and How To Articles! My students have also been able to be exposed to wonderful texts that they can connect to or learn from. We are so grateful for you.”

This classroom project was brought to life by Bill Gates and 9 other donors.Organization is Key
Funded Nov 3, 2021Thank you all so much for your donations. My class has cut down on transition times because their materials are right at their hands. Students keep their ELA and math materials in their seat bags. They also keep their whiteboards, markers and pencils in their seat bags. My students have been able to become more independent and organized with their materials. They easily turn around during the day to grab what they need quickly and efficiently. Transition times have also been cut down.
Thank you for making this happen!”

Dive in One Page at a Time
Funded Mar 27, 2021Thank you so much for your kind donations to my classroom last year. After being out of the classroom and learning from home through a computer for almost a year it was amazing to be able to put brand new books in my students hands. All 21 of my students were so excited to read the books, that at times I could not get them to put them down. Reading is such a HUGE skill students need to learn in elementary school it was wonderful to see so many students so engaged in their own learning. This is all thanks to you and your donations. It could not have happened with out you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We are so grateful.”
