Creativity At Its Fullest

My students and I are super excited to have our art supplies. Seeing their creativity flourish as we create our projects is amazing. At this time, I am only able to see their work online through the screen.
Our school was closed due to the pandemic, I arranged to deliver the supplies to them at a parking lot near our school following all health guidelines. It was so gratifying to see their surprised faces as it was the first time they met me in person and they were also receiving their supplies. The next morning, they were eager to start using them.
Our next project will be to create an art piece about Earth Day, followed by the life cycles of our various animals we will be learning about. I can't wait to see their projects!”

Learning virtually has been a challenge and for some, art supplies are non existent at home. Not all students possess the supplies needed to make art. Once all students have these materials, we will be able to create and explore various artists and their types of art. Students will express and show their creativity in various ways. My students possess various strengths and abilities so it would be amazing to see their great masterpieces and a new way to express themselves through art. There will also have hands on projects and it will be a lot better than only looking at a screen.
