We are requesting Chromebooks so that our students can have the necessary technology to join us for live lessons and to interact with their friends and teachers. As a result of this pandemic, the social and emotional aspect of school is limited for these little ones who need it the most. With this technology, we can offer the much needed educational, social and emotional support the students deserve. We would like to bridge the gap for our students and ensure that they are well prepared and have that early educational success no matter what their financial status is. Our families want the best learning experiences for their preschoolers, but especially now during the pandemic, they struggle to afford their daily needs, so the ability to afford technology for their children has been difficult and a big need for our students. We strive to give our students the best educational experience in these unprecedented times. It is important to us that students are part of the classroom whether they are in school or remote. Young children learn through play, experiences, and positive relationships. Please help us by donating these Chromebooks and hard drives. The Chromebooks will enable students to participate in remote lessons, complete assignments, and communicate with their teachers and friends in a nurturing and engaging environment. The hard drive will ensure that no data is lost when there is a lack of space on the Chromebooks for students to download resources and learning materials. This donation will be a great help for families in a time of heightened stress and anxiety.
