  • Snacks for Success!

    Funded Apr 30, 2022

Thank you so much for donating to my snack project! It was amazing to start the new school year knowing I would have a fresh supply of snacks to give to hungry students. It is comforting for my students to know that they will never need to worry about bringing snacks from home, and that they can count on having a snack in the classroom if they need it.

This would not be possible without your support and my students and I can not thank you enough for your generosity through this project. You all have helped make a difference in my students education!”

    With gratitude,

  • Library Refresh

    Funded Jan 8, 2022

Thank you so much for helping to get this project funded. The books that were included in this project have opened new worlds for my students, and have been critical in teaching students many important life lessons.

Through these books my students have learned to put themselves in others shoes, and feel what it would be like to live the life of someone different from them. Through these books my students have also been able to see people who aren't so different from them and feel connected to the characters they are learning about.

Overall these books have been so impactful in our class and we can't thank you enough for helping us get them into our hands!”

  • Having Fun, and Learning Too!

    Funded Mar 24, 2021

Thank you for your help in getting this project funded! Because of you I was able to use Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards to buy engaging lessons for my students that go along with our district curriculum, and follow state standards. Some of the lessons have helped me keep students engaged while teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading skills, and poetry. I loved seeing my students have fun while learning, and then demonstrate the skills they learned on an assessment showing me all they learned.

I can't say thank you enough for helping me give these resources to my students!”

  • At Home Classroom

    Funded Dec 18, 2020

My students and I are so grateful for your donations that allowed us to continue learning virtually for many months. Learning from home is tough, but the resources that you provided for my students made life a bit easier during this challenging school year! Because of all of you my students were able to use whiteboards and notebooks to help them solve math problems, and study vocabulary words. These resources seem so simple but they have made a world of a difference in my students learning, and we are SO appreciative! Thank you all!”

  • Can You Hear Me?

    Funded Dec 12, 2020

Thank you again for donating to my classroom, and for helping my students. My students have been learning from home since March of 2020. We started the 2020-2021 school year virtually in the September, and have experienced many challenges since. One of those challenges has been students struggling to hear because of the amount of background noise in their homes, or daycare facilities.

Many of my students come from low-income families. Many have parents who have had to leave the house to work daily while their child learns from home, or learns from a daycare. Homes with many siblings and daycares filled with online learners can get LOUD. I couldn't hear my students talking to me, and my students couldn't hear what I was teaching. Frankly, my students were tired of hearing me say "I can't hear you! put it in the chat!"

The headphones given to my students because of you have helped us as a class tremendously. Many of my students couldn't believe the amount of people who pitched in to help them. Seeing their faces when I told them they would each be getting their own pair of headphones was priceless! Thank you for helping my students get through a tough school year, you are the best!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Hemze

My students are expected to spend the remainder of the school year learning from home. My 5th graders have been learning virtually since September, and many have been struggling because of a lack of supplies and materials. Many of my students are learning from daycare, or homes with siblings trying to learn online as well. It sure can get loud! Not being able to hear should never be the reason a child falls behind. Help my students reach their highest potential with a donation of headphones to support them during virtual, at home learning.
