This year at my school, we have created a Gardening Club for our younger students in grades 3 and 4. The goal of our club is to teach students sustainble practices, as well as ways to provide fresh produce in a low income area. Students will be able to expand upon their previous knowledge of gardening and sustainable practices through the use of a hydroponics kits. We have spent a great deal of time teaching the students about healthy gardening practices and the use of a hydroponics kit would be another great way to educate them.
