  • "Serving" Up Success, Can You "Dig" It? A Volleyball Project

    Funded Aug 14, 2024

    Thank you for your gracious donations. My volleyball team has received essential equipment to enhance our practice drills and improve the athletes volleyball skills.

    The girls were excited to finally each have a ball for independent drills. They were also grateful for the cones to help them see the different zones in the volleyball court.

    I'm even grateful for the whistles and first aid kit provided by your contributions.

    Many students bring the germs and illnesses to school from home. As a mother, and a teacher, I want to make sure that my students are healthy so that I can stay healthy and not get my own family sick. Thank you for supporting and funding my project.

    This project was especially important to me after surviving and experiencing the pandemic. I believe we all now, are more conscious of how we can spread germs and viruses. Let's all continue to educate ourselves and others on how to stay healthy and well.”

  • A Squeaky Clean Year

    Thank you for your generous donations. Your kindness is greatly appreciated. With the project being fully funded, I was able to purchase cleaning equipment, supplies, and such to help create a clean learning environment for students.

    A clean learning environment for students will decrease germs and sickness, therefore scholars' attendance will improvement. I was also able to use the materials to create a "clean-up crew" class job as a positive behavior incentive.

    Thank you for your donations. I was able to provide scholars with materials and resources to help make small group instruction more effective. Your support will help make scholars grow in academic areas that need improvement.

    The materials were able to benefit both reading and math subject areas in preparation for state assessments. Students were able to use manipulatives and technology to increase engagement. They also help provide differentiated instructional methods for those that learn in multiple ways!”
